Rooms need some serious upgrades, showing age with poor cleaning details and inconsistent hot water availability. Expect extra costs for transportation since it's outside normal pick-up zones. Inadequate storage in rooms leaves guests living out of suitcases.

I just had a amazing two-night stay in a King Room with amazing views of the Arenal Volcano! The spacious room was adorned beautifully, and the large windows made the scenery lovely. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking in the fine surroundings.
